This workshop will provide valuable techniques to enable anyone with
training responsibilities to clearly identify steps in the training process and
communicate them clearly, as well as to obtain feedback to assure that the trainee has
indeed learned. Steps in developing an effective training presentation, such as:
· needs assessment
· working on budget
· setting up learning objectives
· selecting modalities (lecture, role-play, etc.)
· evaluating training
will be presented and practiced.
