This presentation includes an overview of stress and its associated symptoms. The "Ten Commandments for Stress Mastery" and the "Three A's of Managing Stress" are provided, incorporating the use of humor as a primary tool. A stress symptoms exercise sheet, as well as several interactive exercises and activities, will be completed by participants.
BENEFITS
Participants will be given specific tools to empower them to overcome symptoms of
stress. They will also have the opportunity to measure their own stress level and
practice the techniques to manage both physical and emotional stress.
