Analysis of the impact of any drastic change in corporate structure, such as downsizing or acquisition, is step one in this dynamic process designed to revitalize the work force. The program assesses the needs of the survivors and through the development of an effective team concept, the workforce is empowered to take action to reach agreed-upon objectives. Skills to overcome obstacles are presented and practiced in a simulation exercise. Follow-through is ensured through commitment to a planned target date.
