In this interactive workshop, participants define objectives, relate them to responsibilities and results, and understand their purpose. The elements of sound objectives are put into practice in a case study in which the key factors are identified and defined. Guidelines for setting objectives will be explored and their current usage in the work situation will be reviewed and revised. Participants are guided to think through what objectives must be set in their particular areas of responsibility pertaining to the goals of the organizations. They will learn techniques for increased accountability of each employee and set the stage for effective performance review.
