The three conditions necessary and intrinsic to any useful mission statement will make the complex task of developing a mission statement and setting objectives a manageable reality. Common myths which block the creation and application of a mission are addressed, and a practical formula for a mission statement is explained and implemented. Clarification of values and objectives, major contributors to the discovery of a mission, are both addressed in a thought-provoking and interactive exercise. Participants will share in our innovative and effective methods to ensure commitment to implementing action plans with the help of a "partner."
