This workshop addresses the critical skills of running meetings, including:
Utilization of decision making tools to enhance effective meetings will be presented, along with information about handling detours, ensuring that the meeting is effective, and closing the meeting. In a group discussion, participants share specific examples of how they can apply these concepts to their own particular circumstances.
